The hotel was decorated in cultural fashion and I can tell the owner spend a lot of energy on it. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The host is very helpful and nice. The free packing place is easy to pack several cars. The city view is also very good from the hotel room and breakfast room balcony.

La ubicación es excelente (hay mucha oferta de comedores y restaurantes cerca). Ellos se encargaron de facilitarnos el traslado hasta el centro de visitantes, así como conseguirnos el servicio para llegar a la entrada trasera de Petra. El personal estuvo excelente todo el tiempo. El desayuno estuvo espectacular.

The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort not just at the hotel but also by providing helpful information about Petra and the surrounding area. We dined at the hotel restaurant both nights. While the dinner options were somewhat limited, the food was wonderful. Breakfast was a standout experience, offering a wide variety of dishes, more than we could possibly finish. They even accommodated our dietary restrictions seamlessly, ensuring we had everything we needed. Hazem at the front desk, was outstanding, providing his WhatsApp number for any assistance while we were in town. He truly went the extra mile by checking on us that evening and following up with us after we left to ensure we arrived safely at our next destination. His kindness and excellent service made us feel truly welcome and at home. A special mention also goes to Vida at the restaurant. She was so sweet and provided excellent service. Highly recommend this hotel for its warm hospitality and personalized service!

Great Breakfast with omelettes, scrambled eggs and a huge buffet. The room had all mod cons and a good balcony with views. The staff were amazingly accommodating welcoming us after a long flight from Australia with tea and croissants then ferried us to the Petra entrance as soon as we asked. We toured Petra twice and to our delight in the morning before being taken to the Petra Gates in the hotel bus we were presented with lunch bags complimentary to make our day just that much better. After visiting each time we were picked up by the hotel mini bus and taken back to the venue after calling them on the phone number they provided again complimentary. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff of this hotel. It was wonderful. To top it off Zayed booked a private transfer for us to Aqaba and as usual with this venue the car turned up right on time. I would recommend this hotel as a genuine quality venue with absolutely committed to service staff.

Todo el personal super amable, me ayudaron en todo, me organizarón un tour privado a Wsdi Rum, porque no tenia más tiempo de quedarme de tan solo tres horas, el personal super amable, me ayudaron en todo momento, todos los chicos super atentos, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

El Movenpick Resort Petra es un hotel de 5 estrellas situado justo en la entrada a la antigua ciudad de Petra y ofrece WiFi gratuita. Todo estuvo genial, desde el trato en la recepción hasta el personal de cocina y el bar. Son gente muy cálida y te hacen sentir en casa y muy consentidos. El hotel es súper recomendable y muy seguro el lugar. Si vas a Petra este es el hotel correcto y se encuentra enfrente la entrada a Petra así q no requieres transporte para llegar.
