La ubicación es excelente (hay mucha oferta de comedores y restaurantes cerca). Ellos se encargaron de facilitarnos el traslado hasta el centro de visitantes, así como conseguirnos el servicio para llegar a la entrada trasera de Petra. El personal estuvo excelente todo el tiempo. El desayuno estuvo espectacular.

Everything was flawless—the hotel was spotlessly clean, exceptionally well-organized, and the staff were incredibly kind. The car parking could use some improvement, though. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort not just at the hotel but also by providing helpful information about Petra and the surrounding area. We dined at the hotel restaurant both nights. While the dinner options were somewhat limited, the food was wonderful. Breakfast was a standout experience, offering a wide variety of dishes, more than we could possibly finish. They even accommodated our dietary restrictions seamlessly, ensuring we had everything we needed. Hazem at the front desk, was outstanding, providing his WhatsApp number for any assistance while we were in town. He truly went the extra mile by checking on us that evening and following up with us after we left to ensure we arrived safely at our next destination. His kindness and excellent service made us feel truly welcome and at home. A special mention also goes to Vida at the restaurant. She was so sweet and provided excellent service. Highly recommend this hotel for its warm hospitality and personalized service!

El lugar muy cerca de la estación de Buses y de Petra, te preguntan si por un adicional deseas reservar la cena o el desayuno y para mi la mejor decisión fue elegir la cena , estuvo muy deliciosa y todo super limpio, me ayudaron con el tour a Wadi Rum y realmente fue una experiencia inolvidable, la habitación es una cabina que te brinda total privacidad, dormí súper bien. Todo me gustó

Amazing staff, very clean rooms and great breakfast. Due to the situation in the Middle East it was rather quiet, but that didn't stop them from ensuring we had a great stay.

Todo el personal super amable, me ayudaron en todo, me organizarón un tour privado a Wsdi Rum, porque no tenia más tiempo de quedarme de tan solo tres horas, el personal super amable, me ayudaron en todo momento, todos los chicos super atentos, lo recomiendo ampliamente.
