We had a wonderful time at Petra Plaza. The staff was very wellcoming and friendly and they gsve ud tips that made our days in Petra much better. The hotel is nice, very clean and comfortable! The best matress I ever slept! And after a full day in Petra, this is VERY important! I strongly recomend this place!

Este hotel recientemente reformado de Wadi Musa ofrece un servicio de traslado gratuito hacia la Puerta de Petra y su centro de visitantes, a 1 km. La ubicación es excelente (hay mucha oferta de comedores y restaurantes cerca). Ellos se encargaron de facilitarnos el traslado hasta el centro de visitantes, así como conseguirnos el servicio para llegar a la entrada trasera de Petra. El personal estuvo excelente todo el tiempo. El desayuno estuvo espectacular.

The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort not just at the hotel but also by providing helpful information about Petra and the surrounding area. We dined at the hotel restaurant both nights. While the dinner options were somewhat limited, the food was wonderful. Breakfast was a standout experience, offering a wide variety of dishes, more than we could possibly finish. They even accommodated our dietary restrictions seamlessly, ensuring we had everything we needed. Hazem at the front desk, was outstanding, providing his WhatsApp number for any assistance while we were in town. He truly went the extra mile by checking on us that evening and following up with us after we left to ensure we arrived safely at our next destination. His kindness and excellent service made us feel truly welcome and at home. A special mention also goes to Vida at the restaurant. She was so sweet and provided excellent service. Highly recommend this hotel for its warm hospitality and personalized service!

A huge shout out for the hotel and its wonderful staff. I travel a lot, all around the world, but this team stole my heart. From the second you walk in the door, till your check out, they will do anything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. They were absolutely the best ever!! Without exemption. The hotel itself is also worth the stay, with spacious and clean rooms, an extensive breakfast, and swimmingpool and big jacuzzi in mint condition. The perfect example of Jordan hospitality. Not a doubt where we would stay next time in Petra. Thx for everything and till next time, insAllah.

El Sunset Hotel está situado frente a la entrada principal de Petra (a 3 minutos a pie), en Wadi Mousa. Cuenta con conexión Wi-Fi gratuita en las zonas comunes y un restaurante al aire libre. Todo el personal super amable, me ayudaron en todo, me organizarón un tour privado a Wsdi Rum, porque no tenia más tiempo de quedarme de tan solo tres horas, el personal super amable, me ayudaron en todo momento, todos los chicos super atentos, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

El Movenpick Resort Petra es un hotel de 5 estrellas situado justo en la entrada a la antigua ciudad de Petra y ofrece WiFi gratuita. I had separate bookings one for a regular room and one for the Royal King Suit, as we were a night away in between the hotel made sure to keep some of our luggage overnight which was super helpful. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and very relaxing. The rooms as well. For the Royal King Suit there are 2 different options the 3rd floor which has the seating room with a walkway around the iconic rotunda, this room is smaller but very cozy and beautiful room. and the second option is the floor right underneath which is a bigger room with beautiful balconies all around and a small kitchenette. The hotel prepared the room beautifully celebrating our special moment. We requested to switch rooms as we wanted the iconic rotunda, and the hotel than topped it off by also decorating that room and move us over. All in all great experience.
