From the front desk staff, breakfast staff and cleaners are amazing. The friendliness and professionalism of the hotel staff was remarkable and they made our 5 night stay really wonderful. The hotel went above and beyond with our hotel experience as they know that we are celebrating some special event, they have ensured that we felt really welcome. Hotel service exceptional and I can say they have exceeded the service of a of a 5 star hotel. Kudos to all the staff! Breakfast was 5/5 - Allesandro and all the breakfast staff were very welcoming. The food selection was massive and they were delicious. Hotel room 5/5 - the amenities in the room was very good, the room even comes with a bidet! Good night sleep 4.5/5 - the bed was comfortable but could do a softer pillow in my preference. You can set the temperature of the room according to your preference heat or cool. We went on winter but not the outside temp for me is not to cold so I have our room in cool. Note: a lot of hotels in Europe disables cool/ac during winter even its not cold. So Im really happy with the hotel allowing me to set my own temperature. Cleanliness 5/5 - room service is done daily and every-time we come back our room is already remade. They even put under our bed that they have checked and cleaned it which i think was hilarious. Good job! Will definitely be my preferred hotel when im in Rome.

Essenza House está ubicado en Roma, a 18 minutos a pie de Repubblica - Teatro dell'Opera, y ofrece vista a la ciudad. Solo hay tres habitaciones, por lo que es muy silencioso y tranquilo. Está muy bien equipado, las camas súper cómodas, las almohadas también, toallas impecables, limpieza de 10. La pequeña cocina con microondas nos hizo muy buen servicio para calentar el café por las mañanas. Otro detalle es que tienes cafetera en la habitación y te dejan cápsulas y unos chocolates de cortesía, también nos dejaron agua y unos refrescos en el frigorífico. El chico que nos atendió, Kevin, súper amable y disponible. Nos escribieron todos los días por WhatsApp para preguntarnos si estaba todo bien y si necesitábamos algo, incluso si queríamos que nos limpiaran la habitación. La ubicación es tranquila y muy segura, destacando que hay portero en el edificio, se llega andando y en bus a cualquier lado. Repetiremos sin dudarlo!

Everything about the property was amazing very clean and tidy. The host Angelo was very professional and informative. Would definitely recommend staying in this place good for solo travellers and couples.
