Upon departure they gave us a memento from your trip which was unexpected and incredibly thoughtful gesture that made me feel truly valued as a guest celebrating a special occasion. The Raajkutir hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of its beautiful ambiance, excellent service, and thoughtful surprise made my stay in Kolkata unforgettable. There was an electric heating mat on the mattress so we never felt cold in our room during the winter time. Maintaining a property in the mountain area is never an easy task and the hotel staff has done a great job in providing a comfortable accommodation to their guests. The complimentary shuttle service to the city centre, although with time restriction, is convenient and reliable.
