Rejuvenate yourself at the ila Spa, where guests can enjoy relaxing treatments, beauty rituals, and yoga sessions. The most amazing staff I have ever witnessed. Nothing but genuine smiles all the way, and they were super helpful. The food was oustanding! The breakfast had a nice variety of freshly made foods, and the restaurants offered great dishes where even the most «simple» once were super tasty.

The friendly staff at Trikora Beach Club can assist guests for laundry requests, luggage storage, tour arrangements, making massage appointments and organise watersport activities like fishing, diving, snorkelling, windsurfing, canoeing. Fantastic facilities, location, like a little paradise - beautiful beach, two swimming pools with view on the beach, lots of trees (lovely shade), very natural setting. The kitchen is open all day from 7am to 10pm so it's very convenient and also the food is really good. The tables are located right above the beach so you can have all your meals and cocktails with a beautiful view and nice breeze. All staff was super nice. There's a real effort to not use plastic and be environmentally friendly, like glass straws and asking clients to use maximum one beach towel per day, and you can refill water at their fountains and ask for a glass of water anytime at no charge (so not plastic water bottles need to be used, which we appreciate a lot). Bungalows are comfortable, quite spacious, a bit rustic, don't expect luxury, but they are very pleasant and functional. Spa center has massage offering that we also enjoyed. There are faucets everywhere so you can wash your hands (nice for the kids) and also wash the sand from your feet easily before entering the pool or your bungalow. I don't come there to be connected but for information for other visitors, the WiFi worked pretty well (watched women world cup matches).

From the moment we made our booking, the staff was incredibly attentive—communicating with us promptly and politely via WhatsApp, making sure every detail was in place. They went above and beyond to make the celebration feel personal and special, including decorating my parents' room and surprising them with a cake and a heartfelt card. Throughout our stay, their attentiveness never wavered. They remembered our room numbers, brought us towels right after every swim without us even needing to ask, and always made us feel cared for without ever being intrusive. The resort itself is stunning—the beach house offers breathtaking views, especially at sunrise and sunset. The design and layout of the rooms are beautiful, cozy, and thoughtfully done, creating the perfect setting for both relaxation and celebration. We also really enjoyed the free kayaking, which added a fun and active touch to the trip! My entire family thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and we left with nothing but positive memories. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a meaningful, peaceful, and beautifully curated getaway. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

It was like living in a dream for a couple of nights honestly. Special shout out to Ms Ledy at the front desk who made every possible effort to make my stay memorable with her kindness and help. Also worth mentioning Ms Ade who runs with conducting Zumba and traditional Indonesian dance classes. I was made to feel super special on my birthday with the room decor and the entire team was splendid to me. There’s spa on site as well which is luxurious! Thank you for the most memorable stay 💜

We also had the pleasure to participate to the ship’s heritage tour and find out about its history and the long journey to its now permanent home in Bintan, meeting also Mr Eric Saw, the man behind this ambitious project. Definetly a worth while experience that made our stay in Bintan a very memorable one! It is also a very relaxing location… also the infinity pool is super nice and the staff is super friendly and ready to help out.
