Most importantly, the staff was so lovely. All were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were well cared for. The check-inn was smooth. I had to pay for early check-inn (not much tbh) the guy at the reception i am not sure if it was Agus sorry i forgot his name, he was great. Honestly, this place is underrated. They serve nice breakfast and the people are very nice! Will choose this hotel again for my next visit.
