It offers a great balance of engaging internal activities while also being ideally situated for anyone looking to explore the 5th Settlement. Our room was a perfect retreat after a busy day; it was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. We were genuinely impressed with the excellent value for money and how every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The Waldorf Astoria Cairo Heliopolis is the ideal destination for business travel and leisure escape. Everything went well. The room was very comfortable, the mini-bar was well-stocked, and the food was excellent. The hotel was very beautiful and very spacious, and the halls and lobbies were huge, with plenty of greenery. The room was very quiet (and this is something that I found to be extremely rare, even in luxury hotels). I think this is the best hotel I have ever been to.

He was available 24/7, extremely professional, and incredibly responsive. Thank you, Omar, for making everything so easy and enjoyable! Also, a big thank you to Ismaïl from the restaurant. He was always warm, welcoming, and attentive, giving us great tips about local places to visit. The breakfast included was excellent, and his service made every morning a pleasure. I truly recommend this hotel — go there with your eyes closed. You’ll love it as much as we did!
