The FengHuang Kasen Waterloom Keep's grounds are lovely and breakfast was fantastic. The real standout was their service: arranged a hotel car to collect us from the station and provided dedicated transfers to the local sights. Staff called right after booking to organise our travel and even helped plan our itinerary - extremely professional and helpful. Proper job, highly recommend!

Airport shuttle proved useful. Post-sightseeing strolls: tranquil, with several agreeable resident creatures about. Pool area particularly commendable - sizeable and well-maintained. Wouldn't hesitate to return. Jolly good all round.

Hilton Garden Inn Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan tiene una alberca al aire libre por temporada, jardín, una terraza y restaurante en Zhangjiajie. Exceptionally nice hotel. The facilities are great, hotel staff is very friendly and helpful! Everything is quite new and well designed, and looks like in the photos. I would book this hotel again without hesitation if I come back to Wulingyuan.
