El hotel en sí es espectacular. Las vistas te dejan boquiabierto y las habitaciones muy bien. Al salir al balcón sientes una paz que en ningún otro lugar... Nuestro agradecimiento al personal, muy agradables todos y en especial a Saskia, que habla varios idiomas, entre ellos español, nos atendió genial. I had a wonderful stay at Schlosshotel Thun. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with beautiful views and a cozy atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally warm and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The spa area is small but charming, with everything you need to relax after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was the location — just a quick elevator ride down to the Old Town, which made getting around so easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Thun!
