After a day of sightseeing, guests can relax at The Ritz-Carlton Spa. It features the largest indoor pool in the center of Vienna with underwater music, a fitness room, separate saunas and steam baths for men and women, and three spa suites for spa treatments with Susanne Kaufmann products. Everything was perfect. I dont consider hotels or any other place where I stay on business trip or holiday more than it is, because it is just place to sleep and have breakfast. It is not in this case. This hotel made our 3 day long vacation a bit more special. Thanks to everyone starting from bell boy in the lobby to host at the roof top bar. Breakfast - a lot of options. Location is perfect regarding distance to everything and yet much quitter than other similar hotels on the street. They took great care of us and out 2 years old child. I cant even name all the endless tiny details you see through the stay that make you feel like - wow. Special thanks to concierge - Oliver, waiter Francesco and rooftop host.
