Bed linen and towels are provided. Location, facilities, cleanliness, the rooms overall. If there was a rating more than 10, I would have given that to Aparthotel. I enjoyed the free jacuzzi and sauna. The hotel is away from the city and this offers quiet neighbourhood and best part - free parking. They provide simple breakfast for Euro 5. We enjoyed our stay. Hotel Villa de Alquézar is situated in the medieval town of Alquézar, near the Sierra y Cañones de Guara National Park. The hotel features gardens, a terrace and free Wi-Fi.

Rooms at the Villa de Alquézar are spacious and all have satellite TV, air conditioning and a private bathroom. The hotel is a very interesting old building with character. Good on-site parking which is important in this little hill village. The breakfast that was included in the tarrif was huge, lots of food of good variety. Our room had a balcony with a great view of the citadel/castle.

Els Llacs has a well-equipped fitness centre, and a spa with hot tub and saunas. Great place, excellent kitchen with everything you need. Very friendly staff - one of our kids got sick the day before trip and we got our nonrefundable reservation easily rebooked for other dates. Sauna with great view

The Xalet’s restaurant offers cooked breakfast and a range of typical mountain dishes for lunch and dinner. There is also a café. Amazing place, amazing people, amazing food !

The Plató restaurant is on the ground floor and has views of the river. It offers gourmet cuisine and has art exhibitions. The Gallery Restaurant is on the 5th floor and has panoramic mountain views. Breakfast is served here. We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, offering stunning views of the river, nearby park, and surrounding mountains—a truly picturesque setting. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a huge room with one double bed and two single beds, giving us plenty of space to relax and unwind. A big plus was the underground parking—spacious and very convenient, making our arrival and departure completely hassle-free. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes.

All air-conditioned rooms have mountain views and flat-screen TV. The bathroom comes with a spa bath, shower, free toiletries, and hairdryer. There are also slippers and a bathrobe. Most of them have a private balcony. Best hotel in Andorra with the best staff. Rooms are clean, spacious. We had everything we needed during our stay. This place is the definition of comfort. Great location as well just 2 min walk from the Pyrenees store if you're on a shopping trip.

Spa hours are Tuesday to Thursday from 16:00 to 21:00, Friday from 12:00 to 21:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 21:00 and Sunday from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:30 to 20:00. Children under 16 years of age, pregnant women and persons with contraindicated diseases are not allowed. All the installations are exceptional with the employees, the attention. Room with balcony makes for having beautiful views of sunrise if you wake up early enough, and get some freshness. Room is very well decorated in classic fashion. Staff was very friendly, and always supportive. Dinner and breakfast either inside or on the terrace, offering views over Seu d’Urgell, was great. Breakfast buffet is diverse (some hot dishes, and plenty of other offers). There’s also a nice path through the woods that takes you down and into town. Definitely staying on our repeat list.

During our this year's motorcycle tour through the Pyrrenees, our group of six spontaneously decided to spend the night in Andorra. At our age [LOL], we keep paying a lot more attention to comfort and coziness rather than to price - although this was simply just a great offer we could just not reject. After booking through booking.com, everything else was just a piece of cake: Being contacted by the receptionist regarding our time of arrival for the most convenient check in, the reception itself along with a refreshing cool drink, the personal escort to the underground parking garage, the room allocation, the bar (you know, that mandatory arrival drink), the "room" (in my case a suite) anyways and not at least the breakfast. Even the director, being right on the go for a short get away, showed up for some nice meet 'n greet. All in all, those 10 real rock-solid points is the least we can award. Many thanks once again to the entire team for a really pleasant and remarkable stay!
