I enjoyed the free jacuzzi and sauna. The hotel is away from the city and this offers quiet neighbourhood and best part - free parking. They provide simple breakfast for Euro 5. We enjoyed our stay. Els Llacs has a well-equipped fitness centre, and a spa with hot tub and saunas. Great apartment....super cute .. lovely views....and great value for money

The Xalet’s restaurant offers cooked breakfast and a range of typical mountain dishes for lunch and dinner. There is also a café. I really loved the dinner, is probably the best dinner we ever had in a hotel in Andorra (And we´ve been in plenty). Breakfast very good too. Staff super friendly in reception and restaurant.

The Plató restaurant is on the ground floor and has views of the river. It offers gourmet cuisine and has art exhibitions. The Gallery Restaurant is on the 5th floor and has panoramic mountain views. Breakfast is served here. Only one night so I cannot say a lot. Everything was good. Like it should be. Friendly staff, clean, big (really) room, comfortable beds, good breakfast. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, assisting us with taxi bookings and recommending great local spots to eat. One of the best parts? The room was completely soundproof – we didn’t hear a single noise from outside or within the hotel.

Accommodation for disabled guests is also available at the property. Well sized and stocked, new apartment 10 min walk from gondola and T1 lift. Low-key manager, was there when needed and nice overall. Comfortable beds for 4 adults(1 king + 2 twins) with 2 additional bunk beds, ideal for large family but would not recommend 4person family plus 2 adult friends, there isn't enough privacy for that. The views are great as well.

The Sporting’s restaurant offers buffet style cuisine and guests can enjoy a drink or snack in the hotel’s café-bar. Also, guests have free access to the hotel's spa. The staff at Hotel Sporting were so kind and genuinely present. It made my stay really peaceful and enjoyable. Their mindful service was a highlight. I'd happily return.
