First time i've rated a 10 but i loved staying here, the best guest house i've stayed so far. To swim in the pool surrounded by mountains was quite magical. It was a little like a resort than a homestay with an open feel, table tennis table, pool table, sea view(some rooms). My room was great, well equipped and the wifi for me was super fast. The family were so generous and helpful, i felt part of the family while i was there. I met some lovely guests here too. The location is away from the main road etc making it peaceful. Town is about 2.5kms from The Homestay though they do rent scooters(Tong Thu Beach next to town is lovely). I was a little nervous to stay at first because i read some bad reviews on google maps just before check in but thankfully, the claims in those reviews were not true at all. Overall fantastic, especially considering the very affordable price.

I was truly satisfied with my stay at Cat Ba Paradise. My high-floor room had a beautiful view, unaffected by nearby construction. The breakfast buffet was abundant, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

The free WiFi was fast and reliable, and the staff were super friendly. Loved the rooftop pool and the relaxing massage after a long day exploring the island.

A beautiful, clean hotel with professional service. The 15th floor offers a spectacular bay view. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, and the pho was amazing! The one-day Lan Ha Bay tour, including the bioluminescent plankton experience and a visit to Viet Hai Village, made the trip truly meaningful. Huge thanks to the dedicated team — Trang, Quynh, Tien, and Ms. Thoa — truly exceptional service!

The room is beautiful and fully equipped. And the location is perfect, in the central and from the hotel to the beach just 5 minutes walk. Another thing i would to say is Duong, who is very helpful, he help me to book all of thing i want to do in the island like Boat Tour, Trekking and transportation... everything is most perfect.
