They went out of their way for a very unusual request I made when I asked the staff to buy a special book for me that I wouldn’t have been able to get myself during my visit. The best pillows in all the hotels I have stayed in! Staff were all kind and helpful, especially Sasa a valet, cooks and waitress and waiter at the morning breakfast, a house maid on our floor, a lady at the reception whose name i forgot unfortunately ... well everyone really! Hotel was clean spotless clean, our rooms were always re-set when we left for outing!!
