The room and facilities were exceptionally clean, modern and well decorated. The bathroom was well designed easy to use and spotless. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our 1 week stay. Funchal is a lovely town with plenty to do and see. The hiking is Madeira is exceptional.

We stayed at this hotel for part of our honeymoon and loved our experience. The property was beautiful, the views spectacular, staff helpful and kind, room spacious and clean, and food fresh and delicious. We loved being able to hear the waves against the cliffs and the birds chirping. It's also helpful to note that you can benefit from using the amenities at the sister property next door as well.

The resort is stunning, the service is superior, the food is extraordinary, and there are so many thoughtful and meaningful touches that make this truly an experience instead of just a vacation. We received champagne, scrumptious desserts. The hotel staff quickly memorized our names and always greeted us warmly. Thanks to Luis(team), Sergio, Vanessa and Diana.
