We had a big and comfy bed and breakfast was good. We got new bottles of water and complimentary snacks every day. The beach is just next to the hotel and they also have a pool. There are also different activities in the hotel every day. We also booked a tour to chocolate hills and transfer from the seaport. We enjoyed our stay.

The room was lovely. Clean and spacious. We enjoyed the hotel's restaurant. It offers great food for good price. The beach is beautiful (when high tide). Had an amazing massage at the spa. Staff was professional and friendly. There is a small mall opening next to the hotel so there is a lot of options to eat and to buy souvenirs etc. I wish I had the time to do horseback riding.

Immediately upon entering we were made to feel like VIP guests, a warm welcome from all the staff (who were phenomenal throughout and went the extra mile), fresh calamari’s juice and a cold towel, and a private lift to our villa. We were delighted with our initial room, however shortly after we arrived we were given a free upgrade to THE BEST VILLA on the property, which had the most beautiful interior, all the amenities and more, as well as a beautiful private pool. The location was remote, but everything you could need is onsite, including one of the best restaurants on the island.

We celebrated our anniversary and the staff made it extra special. The staff were amazing, super professional and excellent client service. We loved the bed and the sea view. The property is well maintained. The chef Rex was very friendly at breakfast. The reception staff were amazing especially Girlie & Erika. The team helped us book fast ferry tickets for our travel to Cebu. Our waiter at dinner was amazing we unfortunately didn’t get his name but his service was super professional.

Their team’s outstanding care is what makes Thistle Inn a jewel We thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful stay at Thistle Inn. Locally owned restaurant, boutique-style, with a welcome balance of high end resort and Filipino charm. The property has a pool with a well manicured garden. They prepare freshly made food onsite and make fresh fruit beverages. The menu has limited but well-rounded with both Filipino and western cuisine that are presented beautifully and taste delicious. Our room accommodations were very comfortable and clean. Everyone in our multi-generational party remarked on the high quality of the beds.

Quiet, very clean and spacious villa, loved the pool. Breakfast was good and staff was very attentive. I wanted to have some extra fruits and I received plenty. You get free rides with the tuk tuk to Alona beach and nearby places which was highly appreciated by us. Really recommend it and we would reserve again.

Resort is about 15mins walk from Alona beach. Very private and quiet place. We totally enjoyed a relaxed and peaceful stay. Staff are very nice and helpful, responsed to all of our requests. We had breakfasts and sometimes dinners at the resort and food were very delicious. We definitely would stay again when coming back.
