Staff, exceptional friendly attitude & helpful n genuinely listened & acted on our concerns . Due to misunderstanding of property location we cancelled our stay after one night . The manager & desk staff were extremely understanding, they gave me full refund of remaining nights there without any additional charges, something of course I was grateful for, I was more grateful for the manager’s involvement & the manner of his assistance, even to the point of providing free transportation to our new hotel despite me saying it wasn’t necessary. we are visiting the funny lion this afternoon to again. thank manager Nilo & his staff. they have made & very favourable impression & set standard of customer assistance that I will use as a benchmark, a benchmark that I feel will be extremely hard to improve on Again many thanx to Nilo & his staff for their assistance n understanding

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The tour was AMAZING, the guide ( Paul & Captain Ray) were very friendly & Helpful. Which made our experience out standing The Locations during in the tour were incredible. The rooms are extremely clean. The bar drinks are crate & the food is amazing. The welcoming was outstanding, the room decoration up on arrival was perfect. Will visit it again & Highly recommend.

Our stay at El Nido Resorts Pangulasian was truly unforgettable. Surrounded by stunning nature, crystal-clear waters, and breathtaking sunsets, the resort offers the perfect mix of luxury and tranquility. We stayed in a beautifully decorated and well-equipped beach villa with a stunning sea view. The food and drink options were excellent, and the choice of activities was fantastic. A highlight was our 4-hour private boat tour, where starting early at 7 AM allowed us to enjoy El Nido’s most beautiful spots in peaceful solitude. We happened to come across a school of about a hundred dolphins who were curious enough to approach all around our boat. The hospitality was outstanding. Special thanks to Younes, the Food and Beverage Director, who made our stay memorable—just as he did during our honeymoon at Raffles Maldives four years ago. Also, a big thank you to Anton (the waiter), Anton (the guide), and Rei (the experience assistant) for their exceptional service. El Nido Resorts Pangulasian is a dream destination for anyone seeking luxury, adventure, and natural beauty. Highly recommended!

Amazing place with amazing staff, everyone was so kind and helping, we enjoyed our stay so much and was very sad to leave, I really want to give a huge thanks to the two bartenders Gamie and Dave, two amazing and helping guys that makes awesome cocktails and coffee, we really appreciate them!

The staff were all incredibly nice and helpful. We had issues with our ferry and had to reschedule the whole trip and they were there to help us out. The pool is very nice, the gym clean and well equipped, the facilities clean and green, the van service works really well. Breakfast was excellent and varied. All in all, great value for money, very close to the airport and to all the facilities and restaurants of Lío Beach. After exploring El Nido for a few days, we think the best options around El Nido were on that area. It's a bit further from the center of town but much more relaxing than other areas. There's a yoga studio as well.
