It was at least as excepted, I have only good words for this hotel, personal very nice and helpful, atmosphere was superb, price is more than affordable for this kind of hotel and facilities.

We used to stay at the Falaj Daris 20 years ago when we lived in Oman and loved the hotel then. It didn’t disappoint 20 years later. The rooms are in a lovely ground floor courtyard setting around the pool and restaurant giving it a real Arabic feel. We were a family of 6 adults and had 3 spacious inter connecting rooms - 2 twin rooms (two small doubles in each room) and a double room (UK King bed). Rooms have a small fridge and kettle with tea/coffee. Beds are comfortable. Essential toiletries are also provided. Breakfast was included in our room rate and was a delicious hot/cold buffet with different hot combinations every day (the hot porridge was fabulous). We also ate at the hotel every night as they had a good Indian/western food selection, reasonably priced and very tasty (burgers were super tasty). They also have a bar and alcohol license. Staff are super friendly and they also helped out when we had an issue with our rental car. Hotel is about a 10 minute drive into Nizwa but its location means that it’s easy to get to and is much quieter than the hotels nearer the fort. We loved our stay and would always stay here when visiting Nizwa.

Amazing hotel, amazing location and super service! We loved it! Super new hotel, large pool with very good facilities, top gym, nice restaurants with great high quality food and stunning views. check in and out was perfect. nice rooms and super friendly service

The resort is built on a plateau next to a cliff , the views are breathtaking, the gardens is full of olive trees, pomegranates, and other fruit bearing trees, also full of roses and flowers. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, the staff were very friendly and attentive, we took the 3 villages cultural hike, it was ammaaazzziiinnnggg , our guide Mr Hasan was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and well informed, speaks excellent English, knows the area extremely well , the hike was the highlight of our stay , highly recommended .

We had a lovely stay at Jabal Al Akhdar Grand Hotel. We had such a warm welcome with a welcome drink and warm face towel. Special thanks to Ms Fatima & Mahi.We had a dinner in hotel restaurant, they kindly took our order in advanced so we can chill in our room, once the food is ready they called us to come down when the food is almost ready. The food was excellent, even the breakfast was excellent. Over all the staff was very friendly and helpful.
