The location was fantastic with a short stroll into the town of Valetta. The rooms were beautifully appointed with the most deliciouly comfortable selection of pillows. The team at the Phoenicia, were exceptional and made our stay truy comfortable and memorable

Everything! The location is great, room is perfect, they even have netflix. Bathroom very luxurious with L’Occitane products and Porcelanosa stuff. People complain about the entrance. I don t understand why, there is a big flag on the building with the hotel name on it and also it is written at the entrance 🤦🏼‍♀️ it s true that u have to go thru Starbucks, but that is event better cause it s a good reference point. They give u breakfast in the room ( from Starbucks )you will find a flyer in the room and you choose from the options they give u. They provide slippers, maybe u need to ask for it. They have iron in the room and also ironing table. They give u a bottle of water from the house and a complimentary drink from starbucks. The hotel doesn t have a reception, just a small desk with a pc and there is an announcment with the phone number, but the guys from starbucks will help u. They came everyday to clean and change the towels. Overall, the location is perfect, room was great, breakfast was good. Nothing to complain, really. If I ever go back to Malta, i will for sure chose this hotel again!!

Spending our 5th wedding anniversary at this hotel was a pure pleasure and a wonderful experience. Incredible view from the roof with a swimming pool, comfortable room and very friendly service. We couldn't have chosen better and we will definitely be back. Thank you for everything! ❤️

Everything was great, only a few issues with the service . There were not proactive all of them.i have to mention and it got improved for me.
