What an impressive user experience! Our first visit to Malta and stay at the AX Hotel was truly exceptional. For a mere 25 euros extra (note: off-peak season), we could upgrade to an Executive Suite with a private sauna. Arrival: The staff left us impressed with their incredible friendliness. Never before have I been treated so warmly and respectfully in any of my previous hotel stays. Despite the affordable off-peak season rates, we experienced top-notch service that made us feel like VIPs (even though we didn't avail ourselves of such treatment). A huge thank you to the entire hotel team for a fantastic vacation. Room: The Executive Suite was an absolute dream. The view could have been better, but the room was one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in. It was spacious and had everything one could need – simply fantastic. The culinary experience was just mega. The variety and quality of the food exceeded our expectations. The waitstaff were uniformly great, always attentive and friendly. Without a doubt, this hotel must be recommended – from the excellent cuisine to the top-notch service, an all-around successful experience. Finally, we would like to express our sincere thanks to the entire staff for this wonderful vacation. Your outstanding service and the friendly atmosphere made our stay an unforgettable experience. I stayed here recently and absolutely loved it. The hotel is beautiful and really well thought out - relaxing, stylish, and welcoming. The beach club is stunning, and the rooftop pool became our favourite spot - amazing cocktails! Our room had a private sauna and a chromotherapy shower, which felt like such a treat. But the highlight for me was the bathing experience. It was unlike anything I’ve tried before - four unique pools that felt peaceful and almost magical. It was one of the most relaxing spa experiences I’ve had. Also, breakfast on the 11th-floor terrace was amazing - delicious food with panoramic views that made the morning feel special. Would definitely come back.

All smooth; the receptionists is one call away if you ask for some help even though they have a lots of work to do the still smile and dont hesitate to help us especially when i forgot my ID to St Julians Bay Jetski office or some demand about our stay; the bellboy who helped us with our luggages the first day we arrived was so amazing, especially Ate jelisky the filippina girl who also clean our room that its like a check out everyday. The breakfast is very excellent. I recommend this hotel and for sure we’ll be back here!

The Hotel is modern and new, everything looks clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room has a good size, particularly the bathroom and has has good lighting. The bed is big and they give three pillows per person! The air conditioning worked very silently, almost impossible to hear, and room temp was very well controlled. The sound proofing of the room is one of the best I have seen in an hotel.
