This is quite unbelievable how good the guest experience is - thank you Carlos and the rest of the staff. Reception staff, (breakfast) restaurant people very friendly, service oriented and talkative / interested. Breakfast top three of my hotel visits ever (and I have visited quite some high quality places ;)).
