Super nice location overseeing the great Talalla beach. The staff was nice and the restaurant was very good (try their cashew curry !). It also comes with a beach access, right down the stairs from the restaurant/resort. The pool was clean and enjoyable.

The view from pool was marvelous and love the first sight of the room. Beach we didn't get the opportunity to view the Beach.

We got to enjoy both hotels - the one at the beach and the one in the jungle which was kind of perfect. When you want to wake up with the sun at 6am and go to surf or just relax on the balcony and watch the surfers then the Haven hotel is for you. Or if you enjoy a little more space and the jungle atmosphere then choose Serene villa. The jungle room atmosphere was just amazing - it’s just jungle heaven with jungle noises and you see monkeys climbing on the trees…and the room is sooo good! One of the best in our Sri Lankan trip. The pool was also a nice extra with a toddler. The staff was also lovely, breakfast was good, location is just perfect - Hiriketiya beach is right next door and Dickwella beach is within a short tuk tuk drive (or a walk) away. Dickwella beach was especially nice with a toddler - not so many people and nice waves to have fun!

Deep Blue is a private villa offering rooms with boutique style décor in Matara, 500 metres from Polhena beach. It has a private beach area and an outdoor swimming pool.

The location is absolutely perfect, located close to the beach and restaurants. No issue with noise at night. Room and bathroom facilities were really great and for the price it really is incredible. We stayed here for three nights and would definetly come back again. Rooms are clean, big and theres a lot of natural light because of the large windows. Bed is super comfy and the staff is amazing. We really connected with Kaveesha and she and her family are really helpful and generous.
