The management and staff were extremely friendly and supportive, and the level of detail in the service and facilities was outstanding.

The staff was smiling and friendly. This was the last day in Sri Lanka and they were the fastest in preparing and serving breakfast. Breakfast was plentiful and the coffee was great. Our room was big and clean. Everything was great.

From the moment I arrived the staff did an amazing job, nothing was any trouble and always a smile.. add to this an amazing building and decor you have an amazing hotel. I made the mistake of booking a place in the fort for the social aspect that was more expensive and half as nice in every department, probably forgo the 3 nights in the new place and return to Taavetti, you won't regret booking i promise you.

The setting of the family room was beautiful. With a lovely veranda and pool in front. The room itself was spacious and very clean and I particularly liked the indoor outdoor bathroom. The breakfast served on the veranda was very tasty.

The staff were very friendly especially Saranga, he couldn't do enough. The breakfast was to a very high standard Brilliant location.

The bathroom, a masterpiece in itself, features an outdoor shower where one bathes under a canopy of leaves, enveloped in the intoxicating scent of the forest. It is the kind of space that makes departure a reluctant affair, for leaving Ginganga Lodge is not just leaving a hotel; it is stepping away from an experience, a feeling, a reverie made real. For those who seek beauty, serenity, and a place where nature and design exist in perfect dialogue, Ginganga Lodge is nothing short of extraordinary.

We had an amazing stay! The host was very professional, friendly, and welcoming. The location was extremely convenient, with easy access to the main road. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, giving us plenty of privacy throughout our stay. It was also well-equipped, with clean utensils and everything we needed for a pleasant experience. Overall, it was absolutely worth the price. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to return if we visit Galle again.
