Kumu Beach is like being in paradise. Your eyes just won't get enough. The way the hotel is designed, combined with that stunning beach, rocks, and the pool are just incredible The staff is incredibly kind, from extra requests - such as breakfast on the go - to the chef coming to your table with dinner. The other guests were also very respectful and relax. This has been our favorite place in Sri Lanka.

Fabulous breakfast 3 of our party opted for the Sri Lankan option and were not disappointed. Loved the fresh juice and fruit alongside the string hoppers and curry of which there was plenty.

Beautiful complex, super clean and very well equipped. Super clean and huge Pool and just 4 or 5 minutes walk to the Beach The family (Sakun and his wife Nimmi) are so warm and accommodating! We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay with them very much! The massages were wonderful and requests regarding the food (spicy or mild etc.) are met with great care! We didn't want to leave and would come back anytime!

The hotel was fabulous and only steps to the most beautiful beach. We had a wonderful stay surrounded by lovely staff who were exceptional and so nice. Our sun loungers awaited us every morning thanks to the lovely pool & grounds staff. We had dinner most nights at the hotel and a shout out to the chef and the kitchen staff it was delicious food. The bar was a lovely place to unwind after a tough day lounging in the sun. ☀️ If you want to venture outside the hotel, the town centre is just a short Tuk Tuk drive away and there are always drivers available outside the hotel. We stayed 8 nights and loved every day. It’s a small hotel so the staff are keen to ensure you have a great stay, and that’s what makes this hotel special. It’s hard to mention anyone in particular they were all amazing.
