1. The staffs are very friendly (esp at receptionist and restaurant) 2. The hotel, room, and Onnes are VERY clean and modern 3. Location is perfect (5 min walking from JR station and bus station), near Old town also, surrounded by many restaurants 4 Breakfast and Dinner is nice 5. Value for money

Everything was Nice, the staff was respectefull, discret and Nice.. the place is far from the town but but Nice and near the roppeway and the bus terminus . onsen was beautifull..I love the atmosphère.. I will come back again.
