Spa Hotels in Kurashiki

Hotel was easy to locate from the station. Check in was easy. Room much bigger than usual for hotels of similar nature.

Rooms are very spacious, location is (relatively) quiet. The hotel is one train station away from the centre of the town. The ride takes 5 minutes and it's 3 minutes walk from Kitanagase station to the hotel. The interaction of the hotel staff with guests is minimal. You don't need to pass through the reception, you get a chip which enables you to enter through the side door 24/7. There is a lounge on the third floor where you can get tea, coffee, extra towels (should you need them), some dishes ... There is even a privite washing machine in every room.

Very good breakfast with Japanese and Western selections. Small but very well designed room, it served our purposes perfectly. We loved the open air bath on the top floor . A wonderful surprise was the ice cream and ramen service in the evening. Lots of restaurants nearby. And very close to the station. The staff were happy to send our luggage ahead to our next destination!
