I only stayed for 1 night and arrived late, so I didnt have an opportunity to use the communal hot bath and other facilitues such as bar and restaurant. I wish I could have, they seemed lovely. I especially enjoyed the free airport shuttle, saved me money and the hassle of dragging my luggage around.

The location wasn't actually to hard to get to, the facilities were great and the service was exceptional. They use a translator device to talk to English speakers and they have a lot of room behind the desk for Oversized luggage.

Exceptional room size for Japan. Large bathroom with spa bath. The gardens connecting the three Prince hotels was gorgeous. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and location was 5 mins walk to the Shinagawa train station which made accessing the rest of Tokyo easy.
