All rooms are new, clean, with perfect view + big pools, bar with good tasted vines and beautiful romantic restaurant with amazing food! Luxury breakfasts and dinners.     Elena and Stefano were gracious hosts. Elena's home made pastries were delicious. Location is great, close to so many small towns. Great place to relax in the Umbrian countryside.

    Fantastic location, peaceful, the view majestic, the land and the flowers everywhere are beautiful, my son loved running around! Proximity to so many places and small towns to visit in Umbria, we fell in love with the place and the area! Elena and Stefano are so pleasant to chat with and the breakfast options -all baked goods that are made by Elena!- were delicious every morning! We would travel back and stay there again in a heartbeat!
