This is a very nice hotel, in very good condition. The staff are excellent and took good care of me. It's in a quiet area of the city, but getting around is not a problem because the Careem app works in Erbil. So it's easy to call and pay for a taxi.

We had a very nice experience and enjoyed the hotel facilities..There a nice restaurant called Top Organic within the hotel property.

Clean new hotel with excellent staff and service. One thing I noticed in non-chain hotels is that they start great, but then do not keep up with preventative maintenance and they deteriorate, so my advice is to always invest in maintenance to keep the standard as is.

The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist with a smile, whether arranging transportation, providing local recommendations, or attending to any special requests I had. The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and impeccably clean. The attention to detail was outstanding, from the plush bedding to the stunning views from the balcony. The amenities in the room were top-notch, and I appreciated the little touches like complimentary bottled water and a well-stocked minibar. One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience. The hotel's restaurants served delectable cuisine; the presentation was a work of art. Whether I was indulging in a sumptuous breakfast buffet or savoring a gourmet dinner, the food was consistently outstanding. The diverse menu options catered to various tastes, and the sommelier's wine recommendations were spot-on. The hotel's facilities were also impressive. I thoroughly enjoyed the state-of-the-art fitness center and the Turkish bath. The pool area was a hidden gem, providing a tranquil oasis with breathtaking city views. The location of the hotel couldn't have been more convenient. It was within walking distance of many popular attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel's concierge was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me plan my daily excursions with expert precision. The food at the restaurants was really great, good quality and very clean. The live entertainment with shisha also made for enjoyable evenings. The staff was friendly and the rooms comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed as a group for 3 nights and had a perfect stay. The rooms are large and comfortable and clean. The breakfast is good and has a wide range of continental and Arab food. There are two bars and they serve alcoholic drinks. The Spa is perfectly for a rest. Big thanks to friendly Oday and Alaa for their support for our group. We felt very much welcome. See you again.
