Very friendly staff, nice 400year old building with pool in the backyard. Very good food in the restaurant as well. They kept our luggage for one week, while we toured Kerala at no extra cost as well. I can only recommend Forte Kochi.

The location was excellent, on an island, away from the busyness, right by the backwaters The bed and pillows were so comfy and feather like. The view from the room was spectacular facing the waters. The bathroom was extremely spacious with a beautiful bath tub. I loved the breakfast with authentic Kerala food as well as great choice of European food. The club lounge was useful - fantastic choice of finger food ( a bit low on vegetarian options) and alcohol beverages. The check in was so quick even though I arrived at 9am. Everything was really superb.

Very friendly staff; they celebrated my husbands birthday with so cute decoration and delicious cake. Cool buildings and interior; the lovely furniture were all wonderful things that were carefully selected. Location; this hotel is easily accessible from sightseeing points. Food; the food in the restaurant was very good.

The hotel was located right across the street from the Chinese fishing nets. The sunsets are absolutely stunning from this location. We had the Princess suite and it was gorgeous!! Beautifully furnished with lovely touches of flowers on the bed, very large veranda with a view and the bed was sooo comfortable!! There is a beautiful garden with a pool where people can have meals in a very serene setting. The staff are extremely welcoming and warm and helped us with all sorts of questions and even held our bags when we returned from our travels so that we could rest before driving to the airport.

I was a very pleasant stay. Nice and courteous staff. Evening complimentary tea / coffee with snacks, complimentary cruise in backwaters and small cultural dance is an icing on the cake.

Just a short walk from the Pardesi Synagogue and the quaint Jew Town Market, this was a surprise find. Beautiful new hotel , with very clean rooms, modern amenities. We were anxious prior to reaching the place , but as soon as you get to the front of the property you realise this is definitely a really nice hotel. you can literally walk to the ginger house restaurant, with an amazing menu and views, but most other attractions are just a short drive away. The rooms: We opted for the premium delux rooms, these were large rooms, with really tall ceilings, wall to wall tile decor, modern touch sensors and touch buttons. Lovely bathroom and toilet ( separate to the bathroom ) Well stocked with bathrobes, towels , sandals. The beds were something else! the entire bed had massage and other features, you could use the recliner function . You could activate the heating. A/C was good and cooled the room down really quick. The wall to wall tiles helps keep the room really cool even when its really hot outside. The team: Nazim and team were really sweet and helpful. They had a problem with their card machine , didnt' stop us from checking in. Got us checked in within minutes as we were really late ( almost midnight ) and told us we can sort the issue out next day. very helpful and made the stay really pleasant.
