Everything was great! The food was very tasty, the garden of the hotel very beautiful, the rooms were cleaned every day, and the view from the balcony.. I can still see when I close my eyes. We will miss Crete very much, we will definitely return to the same hotel, thank you to the nice ladies at the reception, the smiling waiters in the restaurant, the bartenders for the amazing cocktails! Everything was unique! XX

The staff, hospitality, food and atmosphere were exceptional. Spa facilities and services provided, massages, were outstanding. The food buffet had everything you could imagine and more. One of the best hotels where I had the opportunity to stay. Everything was excellent. I would like to especially mention the staff who make every guest feel like a VIP, also the food that was very delicious and of high quality throughout all our stay (food assortment was huge), and of course, the design of the hotel. Lovely staff and so competent. We got what we booked and more. They put the “all inclusive” meaning to a different level as it was more than expected. Good food and great service, dinner by the sea in a lovely and so attentive atmosphere. Waiters at the activity pool bar and at the Lobsteria great service. Spa treatments soo good. My husband also booked the new chiropractor treatment and didn’t regret, then we had other 3 treatments with a professional masseur that we definitely recommend. Just 10 mins by car from Rethymno.

We loved everything about our stay at Uzenie Hotel! From the first day it felt so easy and comfortable to be there: the staff are just amazing, always smiling, super friendly and ready to help with anything. Upon arrival we were told that the best thing about the hotel is the people working there and I couldn’t agree more. Our room with a private pool was perfect. Big, clean, stylish, everything is new. The whole hotel looks new and it feels really nice just to walk around. The food was great as well, both breakfast and dinner buffets were so tasty with lots of choice. Honestly the best food we had on the island was here at the hotel restaurant haha The beach is beautiful and very clean. We also tried yoga in the morning by the sea and it was such a cool experience. You can tell the hotel does everything to make guests happy. After this stay we went to another 5 star hotel in Crete and it was not even close to Uzenie. This place is really special and one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. If you can book it, do it.

    It's a beautiful, luxury villa with more than enough facilities to keep a family of 9 occupied for the week. We were greeted on arrival, and given lovely gifts on departure which were very much appreciated. The cleaning staff were also fantastic. As it rained for almost half of our stay, the pool table on the lower ground floor was a big hit, as was the under-cover hot tub.
