Regina is a very special host at reception desk, very communicative, great energy, she helped us rent a car, get a taxi to the airport (for a family of 7), easily changed our accommodation to what my family really needed. Great assistance, thank you Regina. We travel a lot and I really think what you did for us was special. The hotel is in a really beautiful mountain area, lovely people work there. It was a really relaxing stay for my Easter holidays, thanks!

A lovely place to be ! We had a great time and met lovely people. All the staff is very friendly and the location is perfect to walk down to beach, to have a walk down to the village and port or to go sightseeing. The hotel is quiet and has a nice view.

Everything was great! The food was very tasty, the garden of the hotel very beautiful, the rooms were cleaned every day, and the view from the balcony.. I can still see when I close my eyes. We will miss Crete very much, we will definitely return to the same hotel, thank you to the nice ladies at the reception, the smiling waiters in the restaurant, the bartenders for the amazing cocktails! Lovely staff and so competent. We got what we booked and more. They put the “all inclusive” meaning to a different level as it was more than expected. Good food and great service, dinner by the sea in a lovely and so attentive atmosphere. Waiters at the activity pool bar and at the Lobsteria great service. Spa treatments soo good. My husband also booked the new chiropractor treatment and didn’t regret, then we had other 3 treatments with a professional masseur that we definitely recommend. Just 10 mins by car from Rethymno.

    The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a large balcony and excellent sea views. It was a short walk to the breakfast dining area and the breakfast choices were very good. It was also a very short walk to the beach and Mambo's which was an excellent restaurant overlooking the beach. I would definitely stay here again. A taxi from Heraklion to Bali cost about Euros70 and took about 45 minutes.

    The location is accesible to the beach, shops and restaurants. Breakfast is nice and the staffs are very helpful especially with the receptionists when we were checking out and helping us chasing up our taxi in the early morning. Akso, the massage was relaxing
