This was really convenient as a stop from London and to visit Leeds Castle the next day. Easy parking. Extensive buffet breakfast that was included in our price. Comfy room with a huge bed. Dinner was enjoyed there as well

It was located in an amazing place. Elegant and peaceful looking. Nothing fancy but everything was great. As a former Mercure staff, I wasn’t very much into booking any of the Mercure brand but I’m glad that I booked it. 😇 I would like to say a big thank you to Tom (F&B) for an amazing service with a lovely smile. Tranquility in nature, turquoise water in the lake and retreat lodge away from busy city life… hot tub + bubbles made it more especial with clear sky looking up the stars and moon🥰 Those friendly fish amd patrol ducks made it more homey.
