The property is beautiful. Really charming with a lot of characteristics. I can imagine that the grounds are really amazing when the weather is nicer too. The room was cosy and the bed was extremely comfortable. The steak sandwich was lush!

Everything was as perfect as possible, owners really care about the property and most importantly the customers, felt really welcome once we arrived. The attention to detail really surprised me, they went above and beyond to make sure we was comfortable and happy with our stay.

The staff was really nice ! Breakfast was good and the room was very comfortable. The receptionist who greeted us was great and gave us many information about the city. They’re very friendly to dogs as well, we visited with my malamute and we were really well accomodated.

We have just returned from our Christmas break here. 7 adults and 4 children. So very happy we chose here. Excellent location. Everything was excellent. Great quality throughout the property. Would highly recommend.

We stayed for the the weekend as we were going to a friends wedding nearby. We were really happy with our stay. The bedroom and bathroom were really spacious, the bed was really comfy and big. Breakfast was great and there was a wide selection of food. Since the weather was too bad to visit Folkestone, we had time to use the facilities on offer - we really enjoyed using the the pool, jacuzzi and sauna and steam room which wasn't too crowded and there was no extra charge. S

Well-equipped, good size room/bathroom with a great bonus sea-view ! Appreciated the mini-fridge + complimentary bottles of water. Was able to half-open the window plus self-control the cooling/heating system. Good selection of teas/coffee. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was tasty and more than adequate. Spa area very nice for swim / sauna / steam and jacuzzi.

After a friendly welcome and early access to our room, we were able to enjoy the spa facilities. The spa itself provided all we needed for our short stay. The room was comfortable and afforded a pleasant sea view. Breakfast choices were also good. My companion also had a body sculpture treatment, which left her relaxed and prepared for a pleasant evening out.

This is our ‘go-to’ hotel for a weekend getaway, it has everything you need for a relaxing reasonably priced break including a pool, sauna, jacuzzi etc. The hotel has plenty of parking too. The hotel is located on the seafront, which is great for an evening stroll or to watch the waves crashing onto the beach. Hythe is a hidden gem, the High Street offers a range of pubs and restaurants to suit many different tastes.

The room was very clean, breakfast was fantastic and the facilities were great. Had free access to the pool,sauna, steam room, and spa pool.

Breakfast was lovely, very hot and good choice. Nothing was a big deal to staff. Our room had no remote, so rung to reception, and one was delivered to our room very promptly. Our room was very clean view was lovely. Massage and facial I had with zoe was really nice, felt very relaxed after and thought tr Eat ment prices wer reasonable
