Polite, friendly, professional service throughout my stay. The bedroom was spacious, bright and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was one of th best I've ever experienced.

Wonderful welcome, refreshments offered on arrival. Restaurant not open on Monday we arrived but the staff booked a lovely local bistro. The dog loved her bed. Room was gorgeous with a balcony. Would love to come back in warmer weather- dying to try the restaurant. Every member of staff were friendly and very attentive. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located in a former zoology science university building, beautifully renovated with incorporation of zoology theme into the current industrial design. I admired every corner of this place. There is a restaurant which serves high quality food, a bar with amazing cocktails. Staff is very sweet and helpful. Ther is a spa and a beautiful garden.
