Location was a fair distance from Madrid Central but commutable by train. Reception welcomed in a friendly manner and answered all my questions. Buffet breakfast good.

Good location as we were travelling from south to north. Parking space on site for free. Clean and comfortable bed. Clean bathroom.

Less than 1 km from Mercado San Miguel and a 13-minute walk from Puerta de Toledo, the property offers a terrace and a bar.

We had great experience at the Pestana Hotel! Great location at the heart of Madrid with easy access to all of the main sightseeings and a really nice exterior. The communication before our arrival was perfect, the staff is very helpful and kind. The hotel restaurant is a top place to dine. The pool and sauna are a nice bonus at the end of the day. We had a double room that is a bit smaller if traveling with a child but is a great for couples.

Everything about this hotel is extraordinary. Amazing location, close to everything. The room is big enough, clean, has all amenities. Hotel personnel is more than professional, they are kind, and helped us with many different requests. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

the hotel apartments has two spacious room. one with bed, one with sleeping sofa and kitchenette. Althoug we have not used it much, it is very handy for cooking water or soup.

Excellent Facilities, they upgraded by room to an executive suite, Miss. Lucy at check-inwas so friendly at very helpful, she guided us with proper information, the location is amazing, exactly heart of the city in Madrid, will come back again in the future to stay here.

Really good place to stay in Madrid. Little far from the historical places, but it is still a convenient place, and you would find it much cheaper than a comparable hotel in the center location. Very high level of everything. I am kinda 4-star hotels traveler. This one is one of the best I've been. Good value for money. Totally recommended.
