AlbaniaEverything. The resort was 10/10. The pools were so good. The beach was clean. The hotel was clean. Very nice and hardworking staff. The manager Mostafa magdy helped us a lot with everything. We took the tours from the hotel diving center and we had a wonderful time.

EgyptThe staff from the front desk to the cleaners were all extremely professional, helpful and courteous at all times. Nothing was any trouble for them. The restaurant staff and bar staff were extremely polite and helpful making all the guests feel welcome and provided excellent service. The entertainment team always encouraging guest to enjoy their time at the resort, and keeping them informed of entertainment of the day. The Spa has very good facilities and the staff are friendly and professional.

UkraineA beautiful large area with lots of greenery. A great water park. Amazing animators and dancers; we especially liked the singer Anna. We also want to highlight the animator Piero, who was very friendly and a wonderful person. We enjoyed playing tennis as well. The food was delicious and diverse. The cocktails at the bar were also very much to our liking.

RussiaLiked everything. Starting from the reception, as we were met by the manager Asem (if I spelled the name correctly), he was polite, patient, friendly. The infrastructure is normal, the food is varied, the spa is good, everything in this place is excellent, the service is professional, especially the manager Olga, she has a special high professionalism. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a good, quality vacation without problems and just for fun. Thank you hotel management!!
