The staff will do anything for you if they can. The facilities for physical activities were extensive and pristine clean. The beds are very very comfy 10/10. I had a Junior Suite which was standard size 48ft**.

By far the best stay on our Road trip through Germany. We can compare different fasilities in various cities but Seminaris was the top one.Rherefore we returned on our way home again. A lovely boutique hotel, staff really friendly, breakfast fantastic. Lovely room, very comfortable. Convenient for West Berlin shopping, sightseeing and business. We prefer to be in West Berlin when we stay, it’s more relaxing and genuine. This is the second time we’ve stayed here. I hope we be back.
