Each and every staff member I talked to was exceptionally friendly, really they went out of their way to make the stay nice and pleasant. This hotel is beautiful. It feels very luxurious for the price. The staff were helpful and the room was amazing. The bed was so comfortable and the room had a mini bar and complimentary water etc. The spa sadly doesn’t open until 1pm on weekends so I couldn’t use this, but I really couldn’t fault my stay. It was also so close to the train station!

Good place to rest. Very nice and helpful hosts. Excellent breakfasts! Quiet and clean. Close to several good restaurants. Not far from Haidelberg (city bus runs) and for those interested the Hockenheim racetrack. I have already booked my next stay!
