The spa was incredible as well as the Rigi activities (hiking, skiing). The quality of the food at the restaurant was also great.

Wonderful hotel at an exceptional location directly at the lake shore, and while on the outskirts of Lucerne with a frequent bus connection that takes one to the center in about 10 minutes, with the bus stop right outside the hotel. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet, large rooms with view onto the lake.
