Facilities: the best drying room in any ski lodge or hotel I've ever stayed in, items left in the drying room overnight were bone dry the next morning with no mustiness; kitchen and main lounge great also. Location: close to shuttle bus to main gondola, 10m walk from town centre; hosts also drive guests up to gondola in the morning and onsen across the road for which hotel supply towels. Overall, highly recommend.

It was very clean and spacious with excellent amenities. We enjoyed the included daily breakfast and onsite Onsen. I communicated with staff at the front desk and on Whats App, and all my questions were answered promptly.
