We came in from the port and had to find it from the map. It is exactly as pinned. Around the corner from a small shop and across from the Dior nightclub. It does not look like a traditional apartment entrance, but go inside and use one of the 2 small lifts. Go to the third floor and go to the right where you will see a colorful doormat. The host met us there. The location is great because Volos has vibrant outdoor street Cafe and shop area. This apartment is just on the edge. So you are close to it, but not bothered by it. You can see the water from the lounge window. We stayed twice while going to and from meteora. I would highly recommend.

Very nice, clean, warm, and relaxing family owned hotel with wonderful views. The owners are very hospitable, cheerful, and eager to help and accommodate every need. They even tried to find a ski instructor for our young one.The cuisine is local of high quality "traditional home cooking." With dedicated parking space and very close to the chania ski resort(5 mins by car). An all around excellent choice to get in touch with nature and relax.

Everything The property is very well organized We received a very warm welcome at the midnight and the room was so comfortable and had best view. The shower had very strong pressure and the Internet was good. Konstantinos ans his mother were so nice and kind as well as the housekeeping lady with beautiful smile. Breakfast was very good and they made the best tea for me(a serious tea drinker) and I enjoyed it very much.

Archontika Karamarlis cuenta con un jardín, salón compartido, una terraza y bar en Makrinitsa. Hemos pasado una noche y todo muy bien. La habitación con muy buenas vistas y buena cama. La decoración, el desayuno y la atención del personal del hotel excepcional y a buen precio. Admiten mascotas. Totalmente recomendable!!!

The place Portaria was perfect. The house was beautiful you can't see it fully through pictures, you have to visit it. Perfect vacation combination of rural mountain village and beautiful beaches that are not far from the accommodation. The owner is very attentive and hospitable and with her help she helped us a lot about nearby places that are worth visiting. The cleanliness is at a high level and the breakfast is abundant and excellent prepared from local products. I recommend it wholeheartedly and hope to visit it again
