Staff were very welcoming and considerate. Rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. Onsite cafe served a good selection of lovely food and staff were very attentive. Just loved the look and feel of the hotel and the quiet location. But it was so convenient for either walking or bus into town.

They pulled no stops for Christmas, and went above and beyond for the kids. CHRISTMAS day Brunch was incredible and very reasonably priced. The Christmas displays were nothing short of spectacular and the staff went above and beyond to look after you. The games and activities kept the whole family entertained. The pool was lovely to heat up and relax after a cold day doing the hikers code with the kids. So many dining options and things to do. A true magical getaway.

The room was very nice and was perfect for our family of four. Appreciated the nespresso machine in the room and the coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby. The heated garage and driveway were very nice as well.
