The room is fantastic for couples. It was spacious, warm, and quiet. The humidifier was great. The separation of the bath and WC is a nice layout. The kitchen has a full-sized fridge, microwave, and gas range so we could cook breakfast easily. There was a huge closet with a set of drawers. We could store our suitcases so they did not get in our way. It was easy to access the subway (3 minutes away) and the JR trains were only about a 10 minute walk away.

The house was really well laid out so that everyone could have privacy as required but also there was a large communal area. The kitchen facilities were excellent with everything we required for a longer stay. The area was exceptionally quiet and the was easy access to a supermarket, konbini and public transport. The house made our stay in Sapporo extremely comfortable and enjoyable.

Quiet despite just being next to the train tracks. Although not directly next to the Sapporo station, this was just a block away. Breakfast was simple toast, soup, egg, juice and coffee plus milk pudding was great. You have a choice of pillows at lobby too.
