The apartment was very cosy, very well decorated, very well kept. It was shiny clean and smelt very good. The hosts were very kind and welcomed us in person. Coffee, tea, biscuits and fresh water were provided. The kitchen, shower room and living room were on the ground floor and the bedroom upstairs.

This self contained studio had everything we needed. The bonus was a fantastic view of the alps. Relaxing stay and the owners 2 dogs were fun to watch. Value for money and we were able to catch up on our washing. Would highly recommend. We would stay again.

Communication with the host was fantastic. They responded quickly and answered all of my questions. The apartment is beautiful, easy to access, clean, and well-stocked. It's in a great location. Parking was about a 5 minute walk, in a free lot - no problem.

From the moment we arrived, the team greeted us with smiles and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Stefan was incredibly helpful, checking webcams each morning to recommend the best places to explore. Veronica and Alessandro also provided valuable tips that made our trip even more memorable. Very good apartment close to Aosta centre. The apartment is clean and equipped with all required household appliance, including washing machine and dishwasher. Check-in process is easy: keys were in the locker, all instructions from the owner were clear. Supermarkets and cafes near the building are available. About 15 min on foot from the bus station.

Louisa the owner of the apartment went out of her way to help and made us happy and comfortable as if we were at home. She started chatting with me days before our arrival, she gave me hints where to go and what to do since we were with our children. She even took our luggages to the train station by her car. Our car broke down and the girl who manages the property "Jessica" was extremely helpful. Also the neighbours were very kind and helpful. Although there is no reception desk, there team member was frequently messaging and checking up on us, if we are having any problems and what they can do to help us. The stay has been great all in all.
