It is clean and very well equipped. We stayed here for 6 nights. There are two bedrooms and a living room. To reach the main attractions (Seceda, Lago di Braies, Tre Cime di Lavaredo), we had to drive between 1–3 hours. I recommend double-checking the roads before you go, as some can be narrow and dangerous.

We have had a nice stay. The appartement is well equipped, cosy and clean. Heating was aviable. We were absolutely satisfied.

Very welcoming hosts, gave us advices for close hike trail. Beautiful interior, nice local fresh breakfast and playful kitten with dog. Also great views!

11 out of 10 we had an amazing stay at the hotel sporting. Fascinating view, spacious room, well functioning shower and super kind staffs. Right outside of the hotel there is a huge rocky mountain that feels unreal, breakfast area feels like we're in a movie cause of the fantastic nature view with birds flying. We had to check in late and were welcomed by a cute envelope that introduced us to how to check in which was soo cute. Also, as a family of four adults it was kinda time consuming to find a room that has adequate sized - four beds, hotel sporting provided us the exact room we were looking for. One big double bed with two single beds. Hot water workes quick enough so that was great. Also the smell of fresh wood furniture was very refreshing, we liked it very much! Staffs are super kind and helpful, we had some nice communication! We had a problem with our car, but a staff member helped us finding where to get it fixed which saved us from a lot of hardships. Would 100 percent visit again. Right when we checked out we were talking about visiting here again. Thank you !

Rifugio Palafavera...! The best rifugio in Alta via 1. We were having a tough time hiking when we visited Palafavera because of long rain walk and also because of my husband's sickness(tonsilitis). But arriving there, everything went well. The hotel facility was so good, we had a really deep sleep, and he recovered from the cold and had a good condition. Bed was really clean and shower facility was really clean and cozy. Even the dinner was really good. I recommend strongly alta via 1 trekkers to visit here and have a good rest of the middle of trekking course.

The breakfast was marvelous. Never ever have I seen so much choice from fresh luxury cakes, fresh fruit, meats etc. The guys at the reception desk alessandro and michelangelo did more than expected in great hiking tips and help.
