Silent location aside from the main street. Even though there is no conditioner in the room it was cool in there at night. The bed linen is fresh, comfy bed. The breakfast is great: buckwheat is sth that I like and yummy pancakes with a variety of jams. Tea and coffee are available in the kitchen all the time throughout the day. Responsive and attentive family owners, helped me with the airport transfer.

The river Svaneti was the great place to start our hike from Mestia to Ushguli. We definitely recommend it. It is cosy and clean. The owner is very nice, he took us by car to the shop, because the place is in the calmer place little bit further from the centre, but OK to walk. The breakfast were amazing too. The landlady is very nice and communicative. She felt like family. They make their own cheese and the breakfast is delicious. When we come to Mestia next time, we will definitely stay there again.

Stayed here before and after the Mestia-Ushguli hike; left some of my luggage here while I hiked. Really nice, comfortable rooms. Above all, a really helpful host who was also very accommodating with my breakfast timing request. Delicious breakfast, great for a long day of hiking.
