Very friendly staff at the reception. Nice breakfast. The hotel car park was handy as you could keep your car there for the whole day cheaply compared to the general car park. The hotel room had a nice light fixture with the shape of Matterhorn as a bed head.

I liked the ease of access from the train station and the friendly staff. There were many areas to sit and relax throughout the hotel. The room was spacious, with a balcony and a view of the snowy surrounds. The breakfast was exceptional, with many hot foods on offer and served in a breakfast room with unobstructed views.

Very clean, quiet and close to the Tasch-Zermatt train shuttle. Breakfast is abundant and varied. Very close to walking paths.
