The hostess was very welcoming and offered us an upgrade following a last minute misunderstanding. We appreciated the beautiful apartment we were offered in an authentic fourteenth century building with impeccable decor. Chantal was very caring.

I loved this small, cozy and clean apartment. Fantastic location in Charmey. Liked the idea of keeping the car in your own garage. Would recommend to anyone.

The stay was amazing but staying in the rooms on summertime is too boiling

The staff were thoughtful and accommodating, catering to our needs. We were a large group and had a seamless check-in. The kids and elderly loved it. The staff at the kitchen were kind enough to meet our special dietary needs (vegetarian/no pork).

We had a very relaxing long weekend i Hotel Bad Schwarzsee. Our room had a great view on the mountains and it was very spacious. The balcony with table and chairs was also very useful. The breakfast was great with lots of great selection of bakery, cold meat, cheese, fruits and drinks. We would be happy to come back again.
